Qualifications

• Degree in events management, engineering, science, or related field.
• Excellent communication, project management, event and education programming, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• 3–5 years' working experience preferred; experience in PM, event and education programming preferred.
• Skilled relationship-builder across diverse cultural and technical contexts.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented team player.
• Systems thinker who understands HR development and the wider nuclear energy industry.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and execute international/regional engagement events and meetings.
• Coordinate and develop national and international training and educational programs to enhance nuclear safety and owner/developer/operator technical expertise for Singapore and ASEAN region.
• Align capability development activities with national energy policy, regulatory requirements, and international best practices.
