Job summary

NTU Singapore, through the University Counselling Centre, invites applications for a Counsellor to support undergraduate and graduate students and engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote a campus-wide mental health approach.

Responsibilities include providing professional counselling, risk assessments, and case management, while maintaining ethical standards and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counselling and SAC registration preferred.
• Experience in counselling young adults in educational settings is desirable.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with staff across departments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data privacy and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional counselling services to undergraduate and graduate students.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop intervention plans.
• Liaise with schools, student service offices, and external agencies for referrals.
• Maintain confidential clinical records per policies of the University Counselling Centre.
• Contribute to training and wellbeing initiatives for the campus community.
