Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a University student in Singapore pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Strong in Microsoft Excel and proficient in Canva/Photoshop.
• Good communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain partnerships with academic partners to promote employment opportunities and upskilling initiatives under L’Oréal for Youth.
• Support campus activation activities such as Brandstorm and Career Fairs.
• Assist with volume hiring for intern and graduate positions.
• Collaborate on employer branding projects including content creation and social campaigns.
• Work with Talent Acquisition to enhance candidate experience.
