Job summary

L'Oréal Internship is a 6-month full-time program in Singapore (4 January 2027 - 9 July 2027) designed for ambitious, compassionate, resilient, and agile students. You will learn about our divisions and brands, gain an overview of L'Oréal, and understand our culture and working environment.

As our Commercial Intern, you will collaborate with stakeholders, analyze sell-out data to propose activation mixes, and support brand activations in-store or at events, while contributing to analytics

Qualifications

• University students currently pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Singapore.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
• Data-savvy with the confidence to pull insights from large datasets.
• Organized with strong project management abilities.
• Proactive communicator with excellent stakeholder management and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to understand the needs of the business and communicate activities to retailers.
• Propose the right activation mix through analysis of sell-out data and tracking of ROI.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytics and data processes.
• Manage trade displays set up with agencies to ensure quality and timeliness of onsite execution.
• Support commercial team on key brand activations in-store or at external events and venues.
