Job summary

Fresh graduates and internship experience are welcome; a Bachelor's degree is required, with at least 1 year in mass recruitment or HR.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume recruitment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Campus Recruitment Lead to execute on-campus branding and marketing.
• Identify new channels for campus recruitment.
• Develop recruitment initiatives to attract quality candidates.
• Evaluate recruitment process for improvements.
• Manage end-to-end campus recruitment process from posting to offer.
• Coordinate campus recruitment events and logistics.
• Handle candidate queries via phone, email, or social media.
• Update hiring matrix and status reports regularly.
• Build relationships with business champions and hiring managers.
• Provide coaching to junior team members.
