Job summary

EY-Parthenon Senior Associate, Strategy & Execution in Singapore leads CXO-focused engagements across strategy, commercial due diligence, integration and value creation. You will work within a high-performing team, mentoring 2–3 junior consultants and interacting with client counterparts daily.

The role involves travel to client locations as needed, and offers mentoring and formal learning within a diverse, globally connected firm. EY-Parthenon emphasises inclusion and a culture of excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of consulting experience
• Experience in strategy, operations, or large-scale transformation
• Experience in one or more industries: Consumer Products and Retail, Oil & Gas, Process and Manufacturing, Life Sciences and Healthcare
• Willingness to travel to client locations in Singapore or abroad

• Lead an independent module of an engagement—structuring the module, gathering data, performing analyses, and presenting recommendations.

The opportunity

TheEY-Parthenonteam in EY Singapore focuses on addressing CXO agenda in Strategy, Commercial Due Diligence, Integration/divestments and Value Creation.

Your key responsibilities

• Part of a core engagement team working on a CXO level strategy and transformation agenda – projects range from market entry strategy, growth / turnaround strategy, go-to-market strategy, commercial due diligence, post-merger integration, divestments, cost and organization transformation and rapid value creation.
• Lead an independent module of an engagement – structuring the module, gathering data and conducting analysis and creating recommendations, sharing and aligning findings with the client
• Interacting with client counterparts on a daily-basis
• Managing a team of 2-3 junior consultants (Manager Level)

Skills and attributes for success

• Diligent and has a strong drive to excel professionally
• Ability to develop good client relationships
• Ability to work in a fast-paced professional services environment and cope with undefined situations
• Strong project management skills and commitment to the delivery good quality work

To qualify for the role you must have

• Minimum 3years of experience in consulting (preferred) or top investment and leading corporates
• Work experience in strategy, operations, or large scale transformation
• Experience in one of the following industries: Consumer Products and Retail, Oil & Gas, Process and Manufacturing Industries, Life Sciences and Healthcare
• Travel to client locations within Singapore or outside as necessary
