Job summary

Nanyang Institute of Management in Singapore is seeking a talented Graphic Designer (Print & Production) to own the end-to-end design and print workflow for campus collateral, from brochures to banners. You will ensure brand consistency, manage external agencies and print vendors, and provide bilingual English/Chinese typesetting and proofreading.

The role requires 3+ years of print design experience and mastery of InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, with a strong eye for detail and production

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of professional graphic design experience with print production.
• Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop for print-ready files.
• Familiarity with prepress, color management, and print finishes.
• Bilingual English/Chinese ability for bilingual typography.

Responsibilities

• Design print collateral from brochures to campus posters and event signage.
• Own end-to-end print production, timelines, and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers for campaigns.
• Typeset and proofread English and Chinese marketing copy.
• Capture and post-process event photography as needed.
