Job summary

Nanyang Institute of Management Pte Ltd is seeking a talented Graphic Designer (Print & Production) to join the Marketing & Communications team. You will craft print collateral—from recruitment brochures to campus posters—and oversee end-to-end production, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to deliver brand-aligned visuals.

You will also handle bilingual typography for English and Chinese copy, liaise with print vendors, and provide basic event photography support as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional graphic design experience with a focus on print production.
• Experience in education or corporate sectors is an advantage.
• Proficiency in brand collateral design and print finishes.

Responsibilities

• Print Design & Campus Collaterals: conceptualize and produce materials (brochures, posters, backdrops, banners, stationery).
• Pre-Press & Vendor Management: manage production workflow, proofs, color matching, and finishes.
• Agency & External Partner Coordination: brief and review work to ensure brand consistency and deadlines.
• Bilingual Typography & Content Support: typeset English and Chinese marketing copy for print.
• Ad-Hoc Event & Student Photography: basic event photography and post-processing.
