Job summary

Institute of Mental Health in Singapore is seeking a Campus Planning & Development professional to guide the redevelopment of the IMH Campus. You will define design requirements, coordinate with MOHH DevSec, consultants and contractors, and align user needs with timelines and budget to deliver a patient‑centric facility.

The role emphasizes procurement, commissioning, and handover, with strong attention to design integrity and risk mitigation in a complex healthcare environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or above in Architecture, Engineering, or related built environment discipline.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in planning, design and/or implementation of healthcare or major institution building projects.
Experience in healthcare and social sectors; government sector experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Define Design Requirements for project success.
Organise and facilitate user workgroup discussions to capture requirements.
Coordinate design proposals with MOHH DevSec, Consultants and Contractors.
Ensure alignment of user requirements with timelines and budget.
Oversee procurement processes and track development progress.
Support commissioning, handover, and defect closure activities.
