The role requires leading planning studies, coordinating consultants and agencies, reviewing proposals, and preparing business cases for management decisions, with a focus on long-term healthcare infrastructure in a public setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Real Estate or related field.
• Experience in planning, project development or facilities projects.
• Able to read design drawings and floor plans.
• Quantity surveying or cost background is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder and consultant management skills.
• Analytical and report-writing capabilities.
• Good presentation skills and detail-oriented work style.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning studies, feasibility assessments and option evaluations for campus development.
• Recommend effective infrastructure and redevelopment solutions.
• Engage stakeholders to define project requirements and development briefs.
• Translate operational, clinical and service needs into functional planning strategies.
• Coordinate consultants, public agencies and multidisciplinary teams.
• Review planning and design proposals for technical, regulatory and strategic compliance.
• Read and interpret design drawings and floor plans.
• Prepare business cases, reports and presentations for management.
• Support governance and decision-making with analysis and recommendations.
• Monitor healthcare planning trends, regulations and best practices.
