Job summary

The Institute of Mental Health (IMH) in Singapore invites applications for a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager / Sr Asst Manager / Manager role in Campus Planning & Development. You will drive the redevelopment of IMH Campus, translating clinical and operational needs into design and development outcomes, in close collaboration with MOHH DevSec, consultants and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering or related built environment discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant healthcare or major institution project experience.
• Experience in planning, design and implementation of large facilities is preferred.
• Government sector experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Define design requirements by coordinating user workgroups and aligning with project objectives.
• Collaborate with MOHH DevSec, consultants and contractors to meet timelines and budget.
• Develop commissioning and handover plans; verify facilities and equipment operate as intended.
• Manage defects, document final accounts and ensure proper project closure.
