Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in a built environment discipline (Architecture, Engineering, or related).
• 3+ years of relevant experience in planning, design or implementation of healthcare/major institutional projects.
• Experience in healthcare sector or government sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define design requirements by organizing user workgroups and aligning with project objectives.
• Oversee procurement and implementation with MOHH DevSec, consultants and contractors, ensuring timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate commissioning, relocation plans, and handover to users; mitigate construction impact on operations.
