Job summary

RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Network Engineer to manage and support campus network infrastructure in Singapore. You will configure VLANs, ACLs, firewalls, DNS, and IP address management, and ensure uptime through proactive monitoring and backups.

Responsibilities include on-site troubleshooting, firmware upgrades, vulnerability remediation, documentation, and collaboration with ISPs and vendors. A CCNA (and PCNSA/PCNSP) certification is preferred, with a degree in a related field.

Qualifications

3+ years’ experience as a Network Engineer supporting large campus network.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
CCNA certification.
PCNSA/PCNSP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage and document network device configurations, changes, and ensure weekly automated backups.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and firmware, including on-site support.
Conduct daily system checks, monitor network services, and analyze alerts and performance data.
Liaise with ISPs, service providers, and internal teams on operational matters.
Assist and work with vendors on cabling management and patching processes.
Provide support for wireless configuration and surveys.
