Job summary

Ministry of Defence of Singapore is seeking an experienced facilities and operations leader to ensure 100% readiness of critical camp facilities and associated equipment. The role oversees food safety, retail, feeding and maintenance services, ensuring compliance with national standards and directives from Supply Command Headquarters.

Qualifications

• Education in Finance, Business, Supply Chain or Logistics, Facilities Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Food Science, or Retail.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience preferred.
• Experience in institutional catering, estate management and maintenance or retail operations advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and maintain 100% readiness of critical operations facilities in the camp complex.
• Ensure high readiness of facilities and equipment through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
• Maintain 100% food safety record with zero gastrointestinal cases in the camp complex.
• Oversee timely delivery of retail, feeding, and maintenance services across the camp complex.
• Ensure compliance with service quality and safety standards set by national bodies and Supply Command Headquarters.
• Set priorities and objectives for the team and manage personnel development.
