The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in managing outbound telemarketing sales teams, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and certifications in CGI and Health Insurance. The position offers a salary of up to $6000 plus performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing a telemarketing sales team.
• CGI certification and Health Insurance certification preferred.
• Demonstrated professional knowledge of computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the sales channel.
• Support Team Managers to achieve productivity levels and sales targets.
