Job summary

A precision technology company in Singapore is looking for a Service Engineer to manage the repair and calibration of electronic measuring instruments. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in electronic engineering, over two years of relevant experience, and strong skills in understanding customer needs. The role includes improving customer satisfaction, analyzing repair processes, and collaborating with different departments to ensure timely delivery of high-quality instruments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in electronic engineering or similar major.
• More than 2 years’ relevant work experience.
• Hands-on experience in repairing typical electronic measuring instruments.
• Ability to understand and predict customer needs preferred.
• Integrity and strong willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for repair and calibration of electronic measuring instruments.
• Maintain communication with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage equipment and initiate calibration and repair requirements.
• Collaborate with CSR/SAM/Logistic departments for efficient delivery.
• Analyze and improve quality of repair/calibration processes.
