Qualifications

• Strong communication and reliability are essential.
• Minimum 1 year cooking experience in hot kitchen.
• Good food hygiene and safety practices.
• Confident cooking skills and ability to follow recipes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate team members, ensuring high quality of food is maintained.
• Assist the main Cook with cooking and assemble sandwiches, burgers, fries and other menu items.
• Ensure the cafe is properly stocked, clean, and organised.
• Maintain health and safety standards and ensure cleanliness throughout shift.
