Job summary

CCCC-SJ PTE. LTD. is seeking a Diploma-qualified drafter to create, review, and modify civil/structural drawings for diverse projects in Singapore. The role involves coordinating designs from multiple consultants and packages, resolving clashes, and maintaining strict version control.

Candidates should be proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or Civil 3D, have strong attention to detail, and be able to work independently while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in civil/structural engineering or drafting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D or other relevant drafting software.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with drawing management standards is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and modify engineering drawings per project requirements.

Job Description:

• Create, review, and modify engineering drawings based on specific project requirements.
• Overlay and coordinate design drawings from multiple consultants, disciplines and construction packages.
• Identify inconsistencies and clashes across design models and drawings.
• Generate clash reports and screenshot documentation for Engineers' review.
• Maintain proper version control of incoming, working, and outgoing drawing files. Ensure clear and consistent naming conventions and versioning.
• Partner with the Engineering and Project Management teams to ensure design accuracy and coordination.
• Assist in preparing technical documentation for design reviews and project meetings.
• Create, review and modify drawings based on project requirements

Requirement:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Civil/Structural Engineering, Drafting, or a related technical field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD , Revit , Civil 3D , or other relevant drafting software.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary technical teams and handle large sets of drawings.
• Familiarity with construction document standards and drawing management protocols is an advantage.
