Job summary

GAMUDA BERHAD Singapore Branch is seeking a drafting professional to support construction and engineering teams with daily drafting tasks and project drawings.

You will prepare 2D Site Utilisation Plans, coordinate utilities, temporary structures, and traffic management drawings, and liaise with engineers, BIM personnel, surveyors, and site supervisors to gather information and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily drafting works to support Construction and Engineering teams.
• Prepare and coordinate 2D Site Utilisation Plans, including site setup, access routes, temporary facilities, storage areas, hoarding, site offices, and other site arrangements.
• Coordinate utility layouts and utility coordination drawings, incorporating information from relevant disciplines and site teams.
• Prepare and update temporary structure drawings based on construction requirements and site conditions.
• Prepare and update traffic management and traffic diversion plans, including access arrangements, traffic routes, temporary traffic measures, and related site layouts.
• Work closely with the Construction Team & Design Team to understand their drawing requirements and provide timely drafting support for site activities.
• Coordinate with engineers, BIM personnel, surveyors, site supervisors, and other project stakeholders to obtain the necessary information for drawing preparation.
• Respond to urgent drawing requirements from the Construction Team and provide practical drafting solutions within the required timeframe.
