Airswift is seeking a detailed-oriented CAD Drafter in Singapore to convert engineering designs into detailed 2D drawings and build basic 3D models. You will collaborate with engineers and project teams to ensure accurate, build-ready layouts.

Applicants should have 2–4 years of drafting experience, proficiency in AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D, and strong blueprint-reading skills. A technical diploma and reliable teamwork are valued assets.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on drafting or CAD experience.
• Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD software, especially AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand manufacturing methods.

Responsibilities

• Convert engineering designs, rough sketches, and markups into detailed 2D mechanical blueprints and technical layouts.
• Generate accurate 3D CAD models and basic assemblies based on engineering constraints and project parameters.
• Process design changes, update drawing packages promptly, and manage CAD file libraries and version history.
• Review raw data, sketches, and notes to proactively catch dimensional conflicts or missing details before finalizing plans.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and field personnel to clarify technical specifications and incorporate real-world adjustments.
• Verify that plans follow safety regulations and industry standards.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Maintain high attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
