Job summary

TONG LEI ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a drafting specialist to develop project drawings and prepare detailed as‑built/shop drawings for interior fit‑out works. The role requires strong CAD skills, attention to coordinate updates, and site verification to ensure accuracy.

You will read and interpret architectural/construction drawings, work with multiple stakeholders, and manage drawing updates with minimal supervision. Singapore-based, full‑time position.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in interior design, architecture, drafting, or a related field.
• Ability to read and understand architectural and construction drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D Max software.
• Ability to prepare drawings independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• In charge of all drawing development required by the project.
• Prepare detailed as‑built/shop drawings for submission and interior fit‑out works/construction.
• Review, update, and coordinate amendments to CAD drawings, floor plans, and facilities documentation.
• Perform site measurements and inspections to ensure drawing accuracy.
• Coordinate with clients, Project Managers, site teams, contractors, and suppliers.

JOB SCOPE:

• Perform site measurements and inspections as needed to ensure accuracy of drawings.
• Coordinate with clients, Project Managers, site teams, contractors, and suppliers.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Drafting, or related field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD & 3D Max software.
• Able to read and understand architectural and construction drawings.
• Able to prepare drawings independently with minimum supervision.
