Job summary

Sioux Singapore seeks an experienced software engineer to develop equipment control software for semiconductor, analytical, and medical markets. You will build PC-based control applications with C#, WPF UI, and a strong emphasis on architecture, testing and code quality.

The role involves leading a small development team within a Scrum environment, designing control software, and collaborating with architects to define robust system architecture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of C# experience in OO programming.
• Experience with UML tools and OO design patterns.
• Strong WPF/MVVM knowledge for UI development.
• Proficient in Scrum and leading small teams (3–8 developers).
• Experience in PC-based control, embedded controller, or motion controller domains.

Responsibilities

• Define product architecture with architects in your domain.
• Analyze software requirements from customers.
• Design, implement, and test equipment control software.
• Conduct peer reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.
• Lead the scrum team and oversee sprint planning, reviews and merges.
• Collaborate in a cross-functional team across full-stack user stories.
