Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking a Software Engineer (C++) / Software Developer to join their manufacturing technology team. Based in Singapore, you will design, develop and maintain software for automated manufacturing equipment.

You will analyze user requirements, collaborate across functions, manage vendor relationships and push process improvements. The role emphasizes hands-on C++ development in a regional manufacturing context.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in C++ or C.
• Exposure to equipment/manufacturing industry is required.
• Exposure to SECS/GEM will be of added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain software applications using C++ for automated manufacturing equipment.
• Conduct user requirement analysis for development, implementation or enhancements to existing application.
• Collaborate across functions to identify opportunities for improvements and new features.
• Manage software vendors and provide technical expertise to business users.
• Drive improvements and innovations in development processes.
