Job summary

Talentvis Singapore Pte Ltd is hiring for an experienced software engineer specializing in Windows-based C++ applications for automated machine processes. You will design, develop, and maintain robust machine control software, focusing on multi-threaded performance and integration with hardware teams.

The role requires collaboration across engineering disciplines, adherence to SDLC, and ongoing improvement of software quality.

Qualifications

At least 5 years' experience in programming on Windows (XP and above).
Proficient in C++, VC++, MFC and SQL with strong OOP skills.
Experience in developing multi-threaded control software.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain software for automated machine equipment.
Develop C++ machine control apps ensuring robustness, scalability, and performance.
Implement and enhance multi-threaded control software for high-speed, precision equipment.
Integrate software with machine systems with hardware and process engineering teams.
Improve equipment performance via CIP, optimization, and troubleshooting.
Support system integration, testing, and commissioning.
Provide technical support for field issues, troubleshooting, and software upgrades.
Participate in design and code reviews and documentation for quality and compliance.
Ensure software development follows best practices and SDLC.
