Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop and maintain control software for semiconductor testing equipment. You will build UI in C#/.NET and integrate hardware with motion controllers, vision systems and sensors, while ensuring performance and reliability.

The role requires travel for deployment and commissioning at customer sites internationally, with a strong emphasis on multithreading, memory management and robust software design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of C# software development experience, with 3+ years in precision equipment sectors.
• Strong knowledge of C#, .NET Framework and .NET Core / .NET 5+.
• Experience in multithreading, memory management and asynchronous programming.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain control software and UI for semiconductor testing equipment.
• Develop equipment control logic, data processing and communication in C# and .NET.
• Integrate and troubleshoot hardware components including motion controllers and vision systems.
• Develop and maintain hardware drivers using serial, Ethernet, and GPIB interfaces.
• Optimize software performance, real-time responsiveness and stability.
• Troubleshoot multithreading and memory management in complex systems.
• Participate in full software lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Prepare technical docs including design specs and user manuals.
• Support deployment, commissioning and complex technical troubleshooting at customer sites internationally.
