Job summary

Ho Sin Construction Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a capable Civil & Structural Engineer to design, analyze and plan civil and structural works for ongoing projects.

The role requires coordinating with consultants, contractors and authorities from inception to completion, ensuring compliance and timely submissions. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of local construction experience, fluent English, and strong project management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of local construction experience.
• Proficient in MS Office/Excel.
• Able to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Fluent in English with good communication skills.

• Coordinate and monitor work progress at site including periodical site inspection and attending meeting
• Assists in other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Able to work independently with minimal guidance.

• At least 3 years of local construction experience
• Knowledge in AutoCAD / BIM software is added advantage.
• At least Diploma/ Degree in Civil & Structural engineering or equivalent recognised by the Professional Engineers Board
