Responsible for designing steel and concrete structures using STAAD.Pro and performing Plaxis analyses to achieve BCA approvals. Responsibilities

• Design steel and concrete structures (using STAAD.Pro) to obtain BCA approval.
• Perform Plaxis analysis and design ERSS for BCA approval.
• Carry out calculations on structures including steel, RC, masonry, timber, aluminium or mixed.
• Review client calculations and reports to secure PE endorsement.
• Inspect structures on site to ensure compliance with design.

C&S Design Engineer / Ubi / Full Time / up to $6,000 *depends on experience

Working days: 5 days work week

Working hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm

Annual Leave: 14 days with subsequent additional 1 day per year (cap at 21 days)

JOB DESCRIPTION –

• Design the structures of steel and concrete (by using Staad Pro) to obtain BCA approval.
• Performe Plaxis analysis and designed ERSS to obtain BCA approval.
• Calculations on the structures of steel, RC, masonry, timber, aluminium or mixed.
• Review technically on client’s calculations and reports to obtain PE endorsement.
• Inspect the structure constructed in accordance with design.
