Tech Aalto Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Senior Software Engineer / Technical Lead to own the design and delivery of a customised C++ middleware and interfaces for complex customer environments.

You will translate requirements into a robust software architecture, lead day-to-day development activities, and ensure interfaces are reliable, testable and maintainable for integration into the broader system. The role includes mentoring juniors and coordinating with stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical discipline.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong C++ knowledge with modern standards (C++11+) and Linux experience.
• Experience delivering production-grade middleware and interfaces.
• Ability to translate requirements into robust software architecture.
• Experience with testing, debugging, and code reviews.
• Good communication with customers and teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, development, integration, and verification of customised middleware and interfaces in C++.
• Coordinate work packages, priorities, estimates, risks, and milestones.
• Derive software requirements from customer and system inputs.
• Define middleware architecture including data models, protocols, and service lifecycle.
• Develop C++ components for inter-system communications and data translation.
• Review interface specs with customers and suppliers to resolve issues.
• Establish coding standards, builds, unit tests and version control.
• Mentor junior engineers and supervise work.
• Produce design documents, interface descriptions, and test procedures.
• Plan testing across unit, integration, and system levels.
• Support deployment, demonstrations, and site integration.
