Job summary

Capgemini Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced software leader to drive the design and deployment of a customised C++ middleware solution for a customer environment.

You will translate complex requirements into a robust architecture, guide day-to-day development, and ensure interfaces are reliable, testable, and ready for integration into wider systems. Hands-on design, coding, and reviews accompany this senior role.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• At least 5 years of professional software development experience, including substantial experience in C++.
• Experience delivering production-quality C++ software for distributed or embedded systems.
• Experience designing middleware, software interfaces, or data-integration solutions.
• Strong knowledge of modern C++ (C++11 or later) and Linux-based development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, integration, and verification of customised middleware and software interfaces in C++.
• Act as the technical focal point for the software work package, coordinating tasks, priorities, estimates, risks, and delivery milestones.
