Job summary

ELEVON CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an organized Category Operations Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Commercial team, ensuring smooth execution of category initiatives, data accuracy, and timely promotions.

Based in Tampines North, you will coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, maintain item master data, assist with pricing updates, and monitor promotions, helping drive sales, profit, and market share.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Management or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, incl. Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is advantageous.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Highly organized and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Support category manager to achieve sales, profit, and market share goals.
• Coordinate and implement category action plans with timely execution.
• Provide admin support for supplier onboarding and new product development.
• Update pricing, costs, and commercial changes in the system.
• Maintain item master data and new article records.
• Support consignment administration and monitoring.
• Manage promotional downloads and approvals for marketing materials.
• Assist with weekly promotion commitments across teams.
• Liaise with suppliers on documentation and updates.
• Ensure timely submission of master data updates.
• Proactively flag risks to internal stakeholders.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks for the Category team.
