Job summary

RECRUIT FAST PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced procurement professional in Singapore to manage end-to-end purchasing, supplier coordination, and sourcing of electronic components. The role requires strong negotiation, communication, and multitasking abilities within a fast-paced environment.

You will work with internal and external suppliers, ensure timely deliveries, and identify new suppliers to maintain a robust supply chain. Prior SEA market experience and Korean language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of purchasing or procurement experience, preferably in electronic components and commodities (e.g. Passive, ICs, CPU, GPU, SSD/HDD).
• Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and MS Office.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Sourcing experience within SEA market.
• Korean language skills are a plus.

• Execute end-to-end purchasing activities including RFQs, price comparison, PO creation, order tracking, and delivery follow-up.

• Source for materials through internal and external sources.

• Work closely with suppliers to confirm orders, expedite shipments, and resolve delays.

• Identify and qualify materials.

Supplier Coordination

• Coordinate with existing suppliers on quotations, delivery schedules, and quality-related issues.

• Identify and qualify new potential suppliers.

• Maintain strong working relationships to support consistent supply performance.

• Assist in evaluating suppliers through performance tracking (quality, delivery, cost, responsiveness).

Requirements

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.

• At least 5 years of purchasing or procurement experience, preferably in purchasing electronic components and commodities (e.g. Passive, Integrated Circuits, CPU, GPU, SDD, HDD etc.).

• Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and MS Office (Excel, Word).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Must have sourcing within SEA market experience.

• Candidates who are able to communicate in Korean will be a plus

Other Information

• Basic salary: $4,500- $5,200

• Entitled to monthly commission

• Entitled to AWS

• US-based company, office located in Tai Seng
