Job summary

NES Fircroft in Singapore is seeking a procurement professional to source services and materials, coordinate with central Procurement, and manage supplier relationships. You will drive the end-to-end process from supplier identification to purchase orders and receiving, including expediting critical orders.

This role requires SAP and Excel proficiency, and experience in Oil & Gas or related refinery projects is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in supply chain or related certificate/courses.
• Proficient in MS Excel and in using SAP.
• Experience working in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Refinery projects will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Source services and materials for all functions in co-operation with central Procurement.
• Run procurement process in co-operation with Singapore departments from supplier identification to purchase order and material receiving.
• Participate in commercial negotiations with material and service providers.
• Arrange expediting of critical orders.
• Maintain list for preferred suppliers and negotiate frame contracts with selected suppliers.
• Arrange archiving of contracts and other commercial documents.
• Optimise vendor base and continue to look for competitive and reliable source.
• Identify opportunity that can add value and generate cost optimisation.
