Responsibilities

• Create and improve stowage-related solutions to optimise container stowage planning across global vessel operations.
• Enhance existing platforms to improve performance, reliability, and user experience.
• Partner with users to diagnose and resolve system issues, driving root‑cause fixes.
• Coordinate and collaborate with Maersk stowage entities and external vendors for timely vessel profiles.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality vessel configuration details.
• Maintain and update vessel details in the database to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Identify opportunities to automate and optimise stowage processes to enhance efficiency and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• System Solution & Support Operational Excellence – 80%
• Create and improve stowage-related solutions to optimise container stowage planning across global vessel operations

• Vessel Data & Profile Management – 20%
• Coordinate and collaborate with Maersk stowage entities and external vendors to ensure vessel profiles and onboard stability programs are delivered timely and of good quality as required.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality vessel configuration details (e.g., slots, reefers, pigtails) updated to enable maximum vessel capacity utilisation.
• Maintain and update vessel details in the database to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Continuous Improvement & Collaboration
• Identify opportunities to automate and optimise stowage processes to enhance efficiency and user experience
