Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Analyst/Senior Analyst to support business analysis and quality assurance for project delivery. You will transform requirements into functional solutions while ensuring system performance.

This role offers exposure to end-to-end lifecycles and opportunities to grow in analysis, testing, and stakeholder management. You will gather requirements, write user stories, perform gap analysis, develop test plans, manage defects, and support UAT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.
• Up to 3 years of experience in a functional analyst or similar role.
• Exposure to SDLC and Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and validation tasks.
• Experience with testing and defect management tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, or TestRail.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity of requirements.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend process or system improvements to enhance business outcomes.
• Develop, execute, and maintain test plans including system, integration, user acceptance, and regression testing.
• Manage defect tracking, resolution, and reporting to ensure quality standards are met.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate validation and sign-off processes.
• Assist in deployment activities and provide post-go-live support to ensure smooth system transition.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
