OCBC Bank's Business Performance and Analytics Specialist role supports Moody's RiskConfidence (RCO) ALM capabilities, collaborating with Group Treasury, Finance, Risk Management, Data Management, and Technology to enhance regulatory reporting and balance sheet management. Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking, treasury, risk management, or regulatory reporting domains.
  • Proven experience in implementing or supporting Moody's RiskConfidence (RCO) platform.
  • Experience working in large-scale banking transformation or regulatory projects is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Group Treasury, Risk Management, Finance, and Technology teams to deliver ALM and regulatory reporting initiatives.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Moody's RCO platform enhancements and implementations.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for development teams and vendors.
  • Perform impact assessments, solution design reviews, and gap analysis for new regulatory and business initiatives.
  • Analyze ALM risk metrics including: Interest Rate Risk in Banking Book (IRRBB), Net Interest Income (NII), Liquidity Risk Management Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), Balance Sheet Forecasting.
  • Collaborate with upstream and downstream system teams to design and troubleshoot data interfaces and integration solutions.
  • Conduct data analysis, reconciliation, and validation to ensure data quality and reporting accuracy.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), parallel runs, and production releases.
  • Investigate production issues and coordinate with business users, technology teams, and vendors for timely resolution.
  • Support regulatory change initiatives and ensure compliance with MAS and internal risk governance requirements.
  • Create and maintain business process documentation, functional specifications, test cases, operating procedures, and training materials.

Business Performance and Analytics Specialist

Why Join As a Business Performance and Analytics specializing in Moody's RiskConfidence (RCO) Asset Liability Management (ALM) platform, you will play a critical role in supporting OCBC Group Risk Division's balance sheet management, interest rate risk, liquidity risk, and regulatory reporting capabilities. You will work closely with Treasury, Finance, Risk Management, Data Management, and Technology teams to deliver cost-effective and practical solutions that support strategic business objectives, regulatory compliance, risk analytics, and enterprise data transformation initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to drive key change initiatives across the Bank's ALM and risk landscape while leveraging your expertise in Moody's RCO and banking risk processes.

How you succeed

To succeed in this role, you will combine strong business domain knowledge in ALM, liquidity, and balance sheet management with hands-on techno-functional expertise in Moody's RCO platform. You will be able to translate complex business and regulatory requirements into system solutions, collaborate effectively with stakeholders across business and technology teams, and drive projects from requirements gathering through implementation and production support. You will possess strong analytical capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to navigate complex banking environments while ensuring delivery quality and regulatory compliance.
