Business Performance and Analytics Specialist
As a Business Performance and Analytics specializing in Moody's RiskConfidence (RCO) Asset Liability Management (ALM) platform, you will play a critical role in supporting OCBC Group Risk Division's balance sheet management, interest rate risk, liquidity risk, and regulatory reporting capabilities. You will work closely with Treasury, Finance, Risk Management, Data Management, and Technology teams to deliver cost-effective and practical solutions that support strategic business objectives, regulatory compliance, risk analytics, and enterprise data transformation initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to drive key change initiatives across the Bank's ALM and risk landscape while leveraging your expertise in Moody's RCO and banking risk processes.
To succeed in this role, you will combine strong business domain knowledge in ALM, liquidity, and balance sheet management with hands‑on techno‑functional expertise in Moody's RCO platform. You will be able to translate complex business and regulatory requirements into system solutions, collaborate effectively with stakeholders across business and technology teams, and drive projects from requirements gathering through implementation and production support. You will possess strong analytical capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to navigate complex banking environments while ensuring delivery quality and regulatory compliance.
