• Oversee Finance & Accounting operations
• Manage banking payments, payroll, and financial administration
• Prepare and consolidate monthly financial & management reports
• Oversee HR operations and coordinate recruitment and manpower planning
• Develop, review and improve internal processes and controls
• Coordinate with staff handling order processing, vendor administration and other operational support
• Provide reporting and operational support to management and stakeholders
• Oversee corporate support functions and remain hands-on when needed
• Coordinate staff across multiple administrative functions and ensure priorities are met
