Job summary

HP Singapore is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to manage regional and global supply chain processes, analyze data, and drive efficiency. You will contribute to demand planning, backlog analysis, and cross-team process improvements.

The role emphasizes data-driven reporting, cross-functional collaboration, and guidance for junior staff, with a focus on operational excellence within a dynamic HP environment.

Qualifications

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field or an advanced degree with little or no work experience.

• Communicates requirements and guidelines to the regional and global business unit planning teams.
• Provides training or general direction for junior staff members.
