Qualificações

• Master degree in Business, Finance, Management or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in consulting (internship or full-time).
• Understanding of the banking environment and consulting dynamics.

• Participate in client discussions and contribute to identifying consulting needs.

About the Role

We are seeking aJunior Business Managerto support the growth of our consulting activities with international financial institutions, with a strong focus on European MNCs operating in Asia.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of business opportunities with existing and prospective clients in the financial services sector
• Participate in client discussions and contribute to the identification of consulting needs

• Coordinate consultant onboarding and ensure effective deployment on client projects

Requirements

• Master degree in Business, Finance, Management or a related field
• 1 year min of relevant experience (internship or full-time) in consulting
• Demonstrated understanding of the banking environment and consulting dynamics
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a multicultural and international environment
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities

Language Requirements

• Fluency inEnglish is required
• Proficiency inFrench/Spanish or German is a plus, due to regular interactions with European clients and stakeholders
