- Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions (Phytons/VBA/Power Automate/Power BI) to streamline business or operation processes and enhance efficiency.
- Provide technical support for automation solutions, address user issues, and conduct training sessions for end-users.
- Responsible for gathering operations requirements, and relating and working closely with Warehouse Management System (WMS) team for solutions
- Key link between Operations and WMS team in deployment and integrations across customers.
- Manage Warehouse Management System (WMS) change requirements and projects.
- Assist project teams and sub-teams in implementing new WMS applications to multiple customers and process improvements.
- Ensure that multiple projects meet specified timelines and deliver expected results.
- Maintain, adjust and update project plans as needed. Consolidates, communicates and ensures resolution of all operational & IT issues. Develop and collect performance metrics.
- Working across functional areas to develop effective business solutions that align with company and business unit/department objectives.
Requirements:
- BSc in Logistics/Supply Chain/Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology or related disciplines equivalent
- 2 to 4 years of experience in related working experience
- Strong proficiency in Python and VBA, including scripting, macro development, and automation.
- Experience in creating Power BI dashboards, including data modeling, DAX, and visualization.
- Knowledge of Power Automate for building workflows, connecting applications, and automating tasks.
- Experience in writing and optimizing SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving, requirements gathering and analytical skills.
- Resourceful, dynamic, customer-focused, business and result-oriented.
- Positive, “can do” attitude
- Operational knowledge of warehousing & transportation, department or functional area's processes and systems are added advantage
- Ability to communicate operation/IT challenges & opportunities effectively to all levels, including management
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, tasks and changing priorities
- Ability to lead project work streams, balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
