Job summary

WHIZ LINK MANPOWER in Singapore is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst for a FMCG MNC on a 1 year contract. You will design and deliver Power BI reports, dashboards, and automation workflows to support decision making.

You will work with cross-functional teams, manage data from warehouses and external sources, and build robust data models using Power Query and DAX. Training will be provided to users to ensure broad adoption.

Qualifications

• Design, develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.
• Automate data pipelines and create workflows to reduce manual data handling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure user adoption.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather business requirements to translate them into reporting solutions
• E.g. type and number of reports, expected KPIs, metrics and timeline
• Power BI reports and dashboards development: design, develop and maintain end-to-end reporting using Power BI, from data ingestion to visualization
• Power Apps and Power Automate workflows development: identify automation opportunities and create workflows with user interfaces
• Data management: extract/transform data from warehouses and external sources; automate pipelines via Azure Data Factory/Power Automate
• User adoption: conduct trainings to drive adoption and usage of reporting solutions
• Others: manage tasks and projects as requested

Business Intelligence Analyst - FMCG MNC

1 year contract with benefits

Salary: $8000 max

5 days work week, 9am - 6pm

Location: Alexandra

Job Scope:

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather business requirements to translate them into reporting solutions
• E.g. type and number of reports, expected KPIs, metrics and timeline

Power BI reports and dashboards development:

• Based on aligned business requirements - design, develop and maintain end-to-end reporting using Power BI, from data ingestion to visualization
• Scope includes overall centralized reporting framework and individual reporting solutions
• Manage UAT and successful deployment

Power Apps and Power Automate workflows development:

• Collaborate with various functions to identify opportunities for automation, to reduce time spent on repetitive manual data generation. Create workflows and intuitive user interface for seamless and accurate reporting.

Data management:

• Extract and transform data from internal data warehouses and external sources (e.g., SharePoint, Excel)
• Automate data pipelines and workflows using Azure Data Factory or Power Automate
• Create and maintain robust data models, applying best practices in data transformation (Power Query, DAX).

User adoption:

• Conduct user trainings for all developed reporting solutions to the relevant functional teams to drive adoption and usage

Others (if applicable):

• Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager's request.
