Job summary

Integrated Packaging System PTE. LTD. is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across Singapore and Malaysia. You will lead market expansion, manage key accounts, and promote our integrated packaging and processing solutions in collaboration with technical and sales teams.

You will report to the Sales Director/MD, develop strategies, and build long-lasting client partnerships while delivering on sales and profit targets in a competitive industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Business, Engineering, Food Technology or Marketing.
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese; Conversational Chinese required.
• Minimum 2 years field sales and business development experience.
• Creative, resourceful, dynamic, self-motivated.
• Strong sales and marketing capabilities to create awareness and close orders.
• Strong communication, organizing and interpersonal skills.
• Committed with integrity, initiative and reliability.
• Good leadership to lead internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our existing and new business development activities across Singapore and Malaysia. Reporting directly to the Sales Director / Managing Director, you will lead the charge in identifying market opportunities, securing new accounts, and expanding our integrated processing and packaging solutions portfolio. This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional who understands industrial equipment and thrives in a collaborative, technical environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Report directlyto the Sales Director / Managing Director to align on market growth and regional expansion strategies.
• Manage and achievesales and profit targets independently for the Singapore and Malaysia markets.
• Formulate and implementinnovative sales strategies to upsell and expand our integrated packaging and processing product portfolio within existing accounts.
• Identify and securenew commercial accounts through current contacts, market research, professional networking, and marketing initiatives.
• Build and sustainstrong, trust-based relationships with clients to forge long-term, strategic customer partnerships.
• Lead and collaborateclosely with internal Technical and Sales Support teams to deliver seamless solutions that consistently exceed client expectations.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess a Diploma or Degree in Business/Engineering/Food Technology/Marketing
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese. Conversational Chinese needed
