Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any related discipline.

• Analytical and comfortable with data; Excel skills are advantageous.
• Relevant experience in e-commerce and knowledge of local F&B Deal Vouchers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Key Account Managers (KAMs) in daily operational work related to campaigns and initiatives.
• Identify and manage key merchants and deals to improve campaign performance.
• Support end-to-end curation and execution of high-visibility campaigns and deals.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations for onboarding to commercialization.
• Work with stakeholders to optimise exposure strategies for deals and campaigns.
• Conduct competitor monitoring and research to understand the landscape.
• Promote niche sellers to participate in Shopee campaigns for sustainable growth.
• Assist in developing workflows and automation tools to boost efficiency.
