Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Business Development Manager to acquire new clients for business loans and equipment financing solutions. This is a 100% hunter role where you will generate your own leads through cold calling, networking, referrals and client visits, while building relationships with business owners and decision-makers.

You will identify clients' financing needs, develop a strong sales pipeline and work closely with internal credit and risk teams to ensure smooth loan

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business and Finance.
• 2–4 years of sales experience.
• 100% hunter role with cold-calling responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target and onboard clients in IT/Construction/General sectors with financing needs.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals and site visits.
• Perform needs analysis to match financial products to client needs.
• Maintain and grow a pipeline of opportunities and meet monthly loan targets.
• Collaborate with credit and risk teams for smooth loan processing and satisfaction.
• Ensure all KYC norms and regulatory requirements are followed.
• Build long-term relationships with business owners or decision-makers.
• Stay updated on lending norms and industry trends.
• Track client lifecycle events for upselling opportunities.

Our Client, a market-leading integrated solutions provider, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Business Development Manager to acquire new clients for business loans and equipment financing solutions. This is a 100% hunter role where you will generate your own leads through cold calling, networking, referrals and client visits, while building relationships with business owners and decision-makers.

You will identify clients' financing needs, develop a strong sales pipeline and work closely with internal credit and risk teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify, target and onboard clients in the IT / Construction / General sectors with business loan or equipment financing requirements.

• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals and site visits.

• Conduct detailed needs analysis to match financial products to client needs.

• Maintain and grow a pipeline of qualified opportunities and achieving monthly loan disbursal targets.

• Work closely with credit and risk teams to ensure smooth loan processing and client satisfaction.

• Ensure all documentation, customer due diligence and KYC norms are followed as per regulatory and company guidelines.

• Build long-term relationships with business owners or decision-makers.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings and lending norms.

• Track client lifecycle events (e.g. new project, merger, expansion plans) for upselling opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Business and Finance

• 2-4 years of sales experience

• 100% Hunter role

• Must be comfortable handling cold calls, no leads provided

• Preferred experienced in either IT/Communication OR Construction

• Preferred to have clients they can already bring in

OTHER INFORMATION

• Location: Bukit Batok

• Working Days/Hours: 5 days/Office hours, 8.30am - 6pm

• Salary: Up till $3,000 Basic + Allowances + Commission + Incentives and Bonus (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
