Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. seeks a Business Development Executive to drive growth in residential architecture, interior design, renovation, and design-build projects. You will be based at Bukit Merah and manage client meetings, proposals, and project handovers with the design and project teams.

You will build relationships with homeowners, agents, developers, and partners while pursuing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Strong negotiation and presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, interior design, renovation, or design-and-build.
• Residential project experience is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of residential design, materials, construction processes, and project requirements.
• Familiarity with BCA, URA, MCST, or relevant authority requirements is an advantage.
• Good sales, negotiation, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to understand drawings, quotations, project briefs, and technical information.
• AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, or related software knowledge is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and collaborate with internal project teams.
• Willing to attend site visits, client meetings, and industry events when required.

Responsibilities

• Work towards monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with design, quantity surveying, and project teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Maintain client communication and support project handover and progress updates.
• Conduct market research and represent the company at meetings, events, and networking activities.

Working Location: Bukit Merah (10-mins walk from Tiong Bahru MRT)

Working Hours: 5-days (Mon - Fri: 9AM - 6PM)

Salary Package: Basic + Commission + AWS + VB

Duration: Permanent
