You will lead client acquisition, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue growth while advising clients on expansion, operational efficiency, market positioning, and profitability.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Five+ years of relevant experience in business development, management consultancy, hospitality, or F&B, preferably in a managerial capacity.
• Strong understanding of F&B business operations, market dynamics, commercial strategies, and industry development trends.
• Proven ability to develop strategic partnerships, acquire corporate clients, and manage high-value business relationships.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
