Job summary

RELOC GROUP PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a proactive Business Development professional to grow the client base and deliver tailored tax and financial solutions.

You will research industries, nurture existing relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service. Entry-level candidates encouraged; a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field is preferred, with strong communication and negotiation skills to engage Chinese-speaking clients and COE

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction.

• Provide tailored tax and financial solutions to meet client needs. Assist in planning and executing business growth strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
• Preferably 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong ability to develop new clients while managing existing accounts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong communication skills in the languages required to provide effective support to the COE and Chinese-speaking clients.
