Job summary

NEO SINOW PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive person to provide consultation to individuals starting a business in Singapore and to assist companies looking to expand their presence there.

You will build client relationships, manage social media channels such as Xiaohongshu, Douyin and WeChat Channels, and create short-form videos to generate leads and raise brand awareness. You will participate in content planning, filming, and basic creation to support customer acquisition and marketing

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about business consulting, entrepreneurship, international business, or digital marketing.
• Interested in social media content creation, short-video marketing and customer acquisition.
• Familiar with Xiaohongshu (RED), Douyin, and WeChat Channels is an advantage.
• Comfortable appearing on camera or willing to participate in short-video filming.
• Self-motivated, responsible, creative, and eager to learn.
• No prior experience is required — comprehensive training will be provided.
• The ability to communicate in both English and Mandarin is important when working with China-based clients.
