Job summary

SevenStar HR seeks experienced leaders for on-site consulting opportunities in Singapore. The role targets candidates with 5+ years in manufacturing leadership and at least 3 years interfacing with shop floor and management, including mediation and strong coaching skills.

You will advise clients on employment legislation, policies, and best practices, and build excellent client relationships while managing multiple projects independently. On-site work spans 3–7 hour days per week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a leadership role in manufacturing.
• 3+ years in a Manufacturing Shop environment interfacing with shop floor and management.
• Experience in management team mediation and communications.
• Coaching and mentoring leadership experience and skills.
• Able to work independently and multi-task on multiple projects.
• Able to advise clients on employment legislation, policies and best practices.
• Able to develop a strong rapport with clients and maintain excellent working relationships.
