Job summary

ACCENTURE PTE LTD is seeking a PMO-aligned professional to support a long-term client programme contracted between Accenture Japan and the client, with Singapore as the delivery location. The role bridges the client’s Tokyo head office with APAC regional offices and branches, leveraging Japanese language proficiency and knowledge of Japanese financial institutions’ internal processes.

You’ll maintain Tokyo stakeholder relationships and contribute to programme continuity as a PMO team member,

Qualifications

• Japanese language proficiency is required.
• Experience liaising with regional APAC offices and Tokyo HQ is preferred.
• PMO coordination and cross-geography communication experience would be beneficial.

Job description

The individual is deployed to support a long-term client programme, contracted between Accenture Japan and the client, with Singapore as the delivery location. Her scope of work centres on bridging the client's regional head office and its APAC locations. Key deliverables include:

1. Acting as the primary liaison between the client's Tokyo headquarters, its APAC regional offices, and all branches in APAC, leveraging her Japanese language proficiency and deep familiarity with Japanese financial institutions' internal decision-making processes.
2. Maintaining and managing established client relationships with the Tokyo head office stakeholders.
3. Supporting the continuity of the client programme as a PMO team member.
4. Ensuring seamless communication and coordination across geographies, given that contracting, revenue recognition and client relationship management all reside on the Japan and APAC side.
